The STOPCAS Staff Directory of the Children's Aid Society of Ottawa The Children's Aid Society of Ottawa is one of 54 cult like private corporations that local lawyers refer to as "The Gestapo". This is not a complete list. It is at present unknown who are the workers who work in all the various departments of the Children's Aid Society of Ottawa and which ones are or are not free of complaints as CAS "Child Protection Workers" are not members of the College of Social Workers and any complaint to the CAS is entirely unlikely to be accepted, recorded or acted upon. Workers frequently fail to identify themselves, often use first names only and any background checks frequently come up with zero information. If you listen to their telephone voice recordings, most fail to even clearly state their name. The same workers frequently fail to provide cards and or don't have a card to provide. It's often hard to even obtain their extension number. As soon as a worker identifies themselves, ask for their business card and ask, who is their supervisor, how long they have been with the CAS and what sort of qualifications did they have to get a job as a "Child Protection Worker".
As information arrives, this list will remove those employees who are not directly involved in the controversial activities of the CAS Ottawa. Good workers frequently quit because they are sickened by what they see or the get fired for being honest. The fact is, even the best employees of the CASj are under extraordinary pressure to fabricate evidence, omitt evidence and to provide with what their supervisors want to see that ends up in CAS court documents and which CAS Judges, often former CAS lawyerrs use to "rubber stamp" anything the CAS want. Working for the CAS can be a terrifying experience and it's akin to working for any criminal organization where it is very difficult to not live in fear of the "organization" for many years after leaving the CAS. It takes guts and courage for former CAS employees to become "whistle blowers". For that reason, any "Informer" or "Whistle Blowers" is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality is guaranteed. If you presently work at CAS we ask that you record
every single minute of dealings with those who behave in a criminal fashion
and save it for an appropriate time in the future. Sooner or later, the
Children's Aid Societies of Ontario will be shut down in shame and replaced
by an Ontario Department of Child Protection. Obviously the rott in managment
will continue but the goal is, to get rid of those who have brought disgraced
and abused Child Protection in Financial Figures We are looking for accurate reliable information as to how much the abuses of the Ontario Children's Aid Societies are costing Ontario Tax payers. Corruption We are looking for information on "allowances" "financial incentives", "expense accounts", peformance bonuses, penalities, intimidation, threats etc. Tactics We are looking for inside manuals, documents that instruct staff in "sharp practice", "criminal actions" such as fabricating evidence disguised as guidlines for taking notes etc. Training Course Notes etc. Adoption Scams We are looking for information regarding anything and everything that motivates the Ontario Children's Aid Societies to fabricn ate evidence etc to improperly obtan children for adoption. Foster Parents The Ontario Children's Aid Societies have a long history of selecting the wrong sometimes the worst people to be Foster Parents, Volunteers, or those chosen to have contact with children in care. QUACKS We are seeking inside information on the nature of "arrangements" such as that between the Children's Aid Societies and their well known "hired pens". We are looking for that key evidence to ensure that such "hired pens" are exposed and removed from their positions.

Connected Organizations to the Children's Aid Society
of There are a number of organizations that "work with" the Children's Aid Society. These organizations treat the CAS as gods and provide them with information that is often regarded as private and confidential. CAS will demand that you sign consents for them to spea to a victim's counsellor. This invariably leads to more evidence for the CAS position. Workers for these connected organizations can end up working indirectly or directly for the Children's Aid Society of Ottawa.
